The Results: The numbers, upfront

In the 12 months of 2025, a newly opened Florida franchisee location of a national luxury home services brand attributed the following results directly to organic search and website traffic — with no Google Ads running.

Important: The $244K figure captures only bookings made through the website or clients who said they found the company on Google. Phone call conversions — a primary channel in luxury in-home consultation businesses — were not comprehensively tracked. The true organic revenue contribution could be higher than what is reported here.

The Client: A brand-new franchise in a competitive luxury market

The client is a franchisee of a national luxury home services brand operating in South Florida. The business provides premium custom interior solutions through in-home consultations — no showroom, no walk-in traffic. Every job begins with a design consultation at the client’s home, and orders are custom-specified per project. Average order value: $4,700.

The location opened in Q2 2024. By January 2025 — when The FS Agency engagement began — the business had been operating roughly six to nine months with less than 100 page views per month, tracked through the prior vendor’s platform on just 20 keywords. One one month did traffic exceed 100 page views in 2024.

What existed when we started

  • A franchise-built website with corporate template content — no local blog posts
  • No YouTube channel
  • Generic corporate GBP posts, not localized to the location’s market
  • Facebook and Instagram presence with no location-specific content

What we were working within

  • A franchise-controlled CMS with limited edit access and corporate approval requirements
  • No ability to modify core site architecture, schema, or technical settings independently
  • Every content lever had to be systematically identified and maximized within those constraints

Traffic Growth: Consistent month-over-month growth throughout 2025

Website traffic grew steadily across the year, peaking at approximately 450 page views in October 2025 — approximately 4x the baseline when the engagement began. Seasonal softening in November and December is consistent with patterns in luxury home services.

The Work: Content at volume — with human judgment at every step

The FS Agency is AI-powered with human intervention at every stage. This is not automation — it’s a strategic content operation that produces significantly more output than a traditional digital marketing agency at the same price point, while remaining nimble enough to pivot in response to Google algorithm changes, AI search updates, and LLM visibility shifts in real time.

Because this was a franchise website, we worked within a corporate CMS. We systematically identified every content lever we were permitted to pull and maximized each one. Traditional agencies promise one blog post per month and one page update per month. That pace does not build authority in 2026.

Case Study: organic content produced for local service business.

Content produced across all channels — 12-month program, 2025. Minimum 1 blog post/week. YouTube: ~2 videos/week. GBP: 3+ posts/week.

SEO Optimized Home Services Blog — 50+ posts published

A minimum of two locally-researched, locally-titled blog posts per week. Topics researched against real search demand and LLM prompt testing. We wrote each piece to support both traditional search rankings and AI citation, using FAQ-style structure that Google’s Gemini, ChatGPT, and Perplexity can index and interpret more easily.

YouTube — 106 videos created

A full YouTube channel built from zero. Approximately two videos per week in both standard horizontal and Shorts formats. Locally titled, locally relevant, with descriptions structured for LLM citability. The channel feeds the website video gallery and builds independent authority as a separate discoverable entity.

Because Google owns YouTube, this was a strategic search visibility play, not an attempt to be a YouTube influencer in home services.

Google Business Profile

Regular Q&A-format Update posts with local neighborhood references, rotating CTAs, and product-specific content. Services and products sections fully audited and rewritten. Photo uploads with geo-tagged filenames. GBP is treated as a primary AI visibility signal — because in 2025, it was.

Social — Facebook and Instagram

Regular posting to both platforms with locally specific content — not generic corporate reposts. Location-specific content reinforces the local entity signals being built simultaneously on the website and GBP.

Organic Visibility vs Paid Ads

Organic content dramatically outperformed paid social — at a fraction of the cost

During part of 2025, the client ran Meta (Facebook) ads promoting one product line. The results provided a direct and instructive comparison between paid social and the organic content program running simultaneously.

MetricMeta ads (paid social)Organic search & website

Close rate11%  (2 of 18)50%
Revenue generated~$9,400$244,000
Lead qualityBrowsing intentHigh purchase intent
Compounds over time?No — resets to zeroYes — content builds

The close rate differential is the most telling data point. Organic leads converted to paid jobs at 4.5x the rate of paid social leads.

Search intent converts because the buyer is already in a decision-making mindset. Paid social reaches buyers who weren’t looking yet — a fundamentally different and lower-intent audience for a premium, considered purchase.

Return on Investment

13.6x ROAS — above the industry benchmark ceiling for organic content

Marketing spend in 2025: $1,500/month ($18,000 for the year). This covers YouTube channel creation, blog and website content, GBP optimization, and social posting. It also includes The FS Agency strategy and execution of a comprehensive traditional SEO campaign, and LLM visibility in the second half of the year.

ROAS: 13.6x  |  Every $1 in marketing spend returned $13.56 in revenue

Case Study: ROAS comparison of organic vs paid channels

ROAS comparison — The FS Agency organic program vs. industry benchmarks for home services paid and organic channels. Sources: WebFX, Estatehub, LocaliQ 2025–2026.

The 13.6x ROAS sits above the published benchmark ceiling for organic SEO in home services (typically 5x–12x) and is roughly four to five times what the same client would expect from Google Search Ads or Meta Ads.

Critically, paid ad ROAS resets to zero when spend stops. The ROAS on content compounds — blog posts, videos, and GBP authority built in year one continue generating traffic and revenue in year two with no additional content investment required.

In other words, using paid ads via Google or Meta is like running water through a faucet. If you turn off the ads, you turn off the faucet and the water no longer runs. Organic online visibility through SEO, AEO, and GBP Optimization is like a snowball that keeps building and building. The efforts compound over time.

Projected year two: At a 1.7x content compounding multiplier (industry standard for a maturing program), organic revenue is projected at $415,000 with the same $18,000 in marketing spend — a projected year-two ROAS of 23x.

The FS Agency Difference

Why volume, speed, and AI-awareness matter more than ever

AI-powered, human-led

We produce content at a volume that a traditional agency cannot match at this price point. AI accelerates production; experienced human judgment shapes strategy, quality, and local specificity at every step. The result is an output level that simply was not possible for a small business marketing budget before 2024.

Nimble by design

We pivoted our content strategy multiple times in 2025 in response to Google algorithm updates, the March 2026 launch of Google’s Ask Maps AI feature, and evolving LLM visibility best practices. A larger traditional agency moves on a quarterly roadmap. We move in days.

Moreover, a larger, more traditional marketing agency offers a contract with a set content schedule, often producing only one or two pieces of content per month on a website. The FS Agency tracks trends and shifts in the industry and reacts to each one. Minimal content efforts do not build authority in today’s online visibility environment.

Built for LLM visibility

We structure content so ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode can cite it — not just rank it in traditional search. We build FAQ-style sections, schema optimization, and entity signals into every piece we produce. In 2026, AI answers now shape a growing share of local search results.

These efforts are not limited to website content but to all content created and shared on behalf of the client.

Franchise-smart execution

We understand the constraints and opportunities of franchise digital marketing — what corporate controls, what the location can own, and how to maximize local authority within those parameters. This case study was built entirely within a franchise-controlled CMS with restricted access.
